Terms and Conditions of SW77 — Clear Rules for Brazilian Players

To create an account at SW77 and use any platform service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be an individual residing in Brazilian territory;
• Hold a valid CPF registered in your own name;
• Provide an active email address that you check regularly;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program;

Single account required: each CPF may be linked to only one active account at SW77. If duplicate accounts are detected, the secondary account is automatically closed. If the closure of the secondary account results from a platform error, the real balance deposited will be refunded to the original payment method. Any bonuses used on the secondary account will be canceled without reimbursement.

Verification process (KYC): SW77 may request identity verification documents at any time — including a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests above R$ 500.00 require full verification. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until the matter is resolved.

Bonus balance vs. real balance: sw77 maintains two separate balances in each player's account — real balance (funds actually deposited) and bonus balance. Welcome Bonus: 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum bonus of R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically upon making the first eligible deposit — no coupon code required. To qualify, the first deposit must be at least R$ 20.00. The welcome bonus can only be activated once per player.

Wagering requirement (rollover):

• The standard requirement is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount received;
• The rollover must be completed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the bonus is activated;
• Bets on slots and crash games contribute 100% of the wagered amount toward the rollover;
• Bets on blackjack, roulette, and baccarat contribute 20% of the wagered amount toward the rollover;
• Sports bets contribute 100% of the wagered amount toward the rollover, provided the minimum odds are 1.50;
• Cancelled bets, bets on nil-nil draw outcomes, or bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover;
• Any unconverted bonus funds remaining at the end of the 30-day period are automatically removed, with no impact on the player's real balance.

Weekly cashback: sw77's cashback program refunds a percentage of your net weekly losses as bonus balance. The percentage varies based on the previous week's betting volume, ranging from 5% to 15%. Cashback is credited every Monday and carries a 1x rollover — meaning it only needs to be wagered once before you can withdraw.

Specific bonus restrictions:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is strictly prohibited;
• Sharing payment methods across different accounts to circumvent the single-bonus policy is strictly prohibited;
• SW77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus upon confirmed evidence of abuse, with notification sent to the player and a dispute channel made available.

Random Number Generator (RNG): all RNG-based games (slots, RNG blackjack, RNG roulette, and crash games) use systems certified by independent auditing bodies. Results are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the platform, providers, or any other external party.

Game malfunctions: in the event of a technical failure during a game session — connection loss, software error, or unexpected interruption — the round in question is voided and the wagered amount is returned to the player's balance. Bets confirmed before the failure whose outcome had already been determined by the RNG are treated as valid, regardless of whether the result screen was displayed to the player.

Sports Betting: Sports betting at SW77 covers Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, State Championships (Paulistão, Carioca, Mineiro, Gaúcho, and others), European football, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, volleyball, e-sports, and more. • Football matches suspended after 80 full minutes of play are considered valid for final result bets;
• Games canceled before kickoff or suspended before 80 minutes have all bets voided and stakes returned;
• SW77 reserves the right to suspend specific markets during a live event in cases of irregular information or suspected manipulation, with all affected stakes refunded;
• Obvious odds errors (odds that clearly do not reflect real probabilities due to a typing or system error) may be corrected before the bet is confirmed. Bets already confirmed at erroneous odds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Prohibited conduct in games: the use of bots, automation scripts, unauthorized assistance software, exploitation of system bugs for unfair advantage, and any form of result manipulation is strictly prohibited. Detection of any such conduct will result in immediate account closure and balance investigation.

• Scheduled downtime: temporarily lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, no bets or deposits can be placed, but your balance is preserved;
• Permanent self-exclusion: requested via the Portuguese-language support chat. Effective immediately. The account is permanently closed and the available real balance is returned after identity verification.

You can close your SW77 account at any time by requesting it via the support chat or by emailing suporte@sw77.best. After a voluntary closure, any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix within up to 48 hours, subject to identity verification.

Sw77 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Providing false information or falsified documents during registration;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses;
• Use of bots, automation tools, or any unauthorized assistance software;
• Reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Abusive behavior, threats, or harassment directed at SW77 staff or other players;
• A serious breach of any clause of these Terms.

In cases of account closure due to prohibited conduct, the balance may be held for as long as necessary to complete the internal investigation. If the investigation does not confirm any irregularity, the real balance is returned in full. Balances originating from bonuses or confirmed irregular activity will not be returned.

SW77 is not liable for losses arising from: betting decisions made by the player, internet connection failures on the user's end, unauthorized use of access credentials by third parties when resulting from the user's own negligence, or force majeure events affecting platform operations.
